Enjoy this FREE tutorial from Ashley at The Loopy Lamb! Watch how she crochets this super cute pigeon in the video below.
This is an easy-level crochet project that uses basic crochet stitches. You'll also find a video tutorial with step-by-step instructions.
Skill level: Easy - good for beginners to more experienced crocheters
Required Supplies:
- WeCrochet - Stitch Markers
- WeCrochet Brava Worsted Weight Yarn (100% Premium Acrylic, Worsted Weight (4), 218yds/200m, 100g/3.5oz), 1 skein each of:
- Color A: Denim (Blue)
- Color B: Caution (Yellow)
- Color C: Dove Heather (Grey)
- E / 3.5 mm Crochet Hook from Michaels
- Two of the 6 mm Black Safety Eyes from Michaels
- Polyfil Stuffing from Michaels
- Tapestry Needle (regular or bent) - I love these bent Tapestry needles from Michaels - to me, they are much easier to use than the regular ones, especially if you're working on any surface that is not flat.
- Scissors - in case you don't have any. These Micro-Tip scissors work well for small, tight, or precise cuts.
- Sewing Pins (optional) - again, in case you don't have any
- Scrap Piece of Yarn
Enjoy!
