Note: Each of these needle felting projects say it will take beginners between 4 and 6, or 4 and 8 hours to complete, but I don't see that happening. Though I consider myself an intermediate needle felter, this would take me longer than 6 or 8 hours to complete - especially with the showing arrangement of flowers and leaves. But I have been called fastidious... 🤔
Each of these kits say they are great for ages 8+ - but I don't agree with that either. Felting needles are very sharp, and though I haven't punctured my finger all the way through, I have punctured myself more times than I can say. Finger Guards are highly encouraged.
If younger children want to help, maybe they can pull the wool colors out of the bag for you.
Remember to start your needle felt project with a decrease quantity of wool. It is much easier to increase quantity of wool rather than take it away.
